If you've ever driven a Ford Mustang, then you're familiar with how good it feels to be in the pilot seat. Hearing and feeling the engine respond to every move you make is one of the most satisfying parts of owning a sports vehicle. Now, audio engineers at Ford have unveiled a new system for controlling the way your Mustang sounds.

With the simple press of a button, you're now able to change how much audio is projected by your Mustang. This is possible with the Mustang's active acoustics exhaust system, which can be manipulated to change your volume output. That means you can take off roaring or drive silently no matter the occasion - now it's all up to you.

This system is certainly intriguing, but it's hard to see how it works without being in the driver's seat. If you want to learn more, then you're welcome to test drive the Mustang for yourself here at Roling Ford.
